The Company (Musclefood)

Musclefood is an online provider of (as you may guess from the name) meat, protein meals, snacks and supplements. However they also stock, vegetables, dairy products, nuts, grains and bundles such as the one that will be reviewed below.
I've been using them myself for just over a year and have always found it a really easy service to use that delivers high quality meat.
Before I begin to gush on about how much I love the company I first want to say that I am in no way affiliated with Musclefood, or receiving any benefit from this article (although if anyone from Musclefood is reading, I'd be very happy with some free stuff!).
In terms of their product offering, I primarily use them for bulk orders of meat. Using a staple meat of an athlete, chicken, as an example, 2.5kg of premium chicken breasts can be bought for £19, which equates to £7.60 per kg.
Go through chicken quicker than a ravenous fox near a chicken farm?
You can easily buy in bulk, where buying 10kg results in just £4.95 per kg, compared to what's on offer in your local Tesco or ASDA, not only is this significantly cheaper, but (in my experience) much better quality too.
One reservation that is worth mentioning is Musclefood's delivery strucuture, whilst they now deliver both through the week for £3.95 and on Sundays for the sum of £7.95 if you don't spend over £75, they don't offer specific delivery time slots, which might leave you waiting around for the entire morning for your delivery.
If you like to keep your days quite busy, this is naturally a bit of a disadvantage. It would be great to see the company offering potential 2 hour slots for customers in future.

Conclusion
As previously stated, I don't work for Musclefood, nor do I receive any benefits from this article (unfortunately...).
I have however used them for a number of meat based deliveries over the past 18 months or so whilst off work and have always been happy with both the service and the products.
They also have a whole host of athletes endorsing their products such as Louis Smith & David Haye, so there's got to be something they are doing right!
With regards to this box itself I threw steamed all the veg then methodically cooking each of the meats when I wanted them, whilst taking the snacks with me to eat on-the-go.
Providing you can work around the potentially troublesome delivery if you have a busy routine, you can get this box containing decent quality meat to your door, and for £19 it doesn't get much better.
However, if you don't fancy cooking, there are a range of protein powders to help you reach your goals!
